Whitney Eve

This was the new spring/summer collection 2010 by Whitney Port... She's an actress, model and stylist and this was her first collection; the brandis Whitney Eve. So succesfull for her. I would share the outfits because I think that are very cool... especially those jacket with the lace collant... so female and powerfull! Anyway the collection is fresh and for young women, so wearable and good, she used pearl color, black, gold and white... she made shorts and jacket with colorfull matter but the best outfit for us be this.

The Lace Fence

The lace fence is an idea from Denmark's designer Demarkersvan's Joep Verthoeven in 2005. They are made of metal fabric and coated steel wire! Absolutly cool and fun to make better and beautifull the cities and the homes.
We think that this is such an innovative idea that soon will go around the world, in all gardens, homes, places and cities...

They make we think about all the beautifull lace dresses from the fashion shows and the different stylist as Miu Miu and Prada collections, Fendi's one and the lasers work from Versace.

Like this black shirt, very elegant and chic..laces are always chic in all the different moods.

...a floral lace fence out of an house...

We can compare the fence with this shirt... the floral mood is the same.. looks like the same...

WOMEN'S CONSCIOUSNESS.

These photos have been shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinnoh Matadin for Vogue Paris February 2010.

The two photographers have wanted to make us focus on women. In fact, women are the main characters of the shooting. It's very intersting the atmosphera created by the body language and the facial expression which give a sense of mystery to the whole photos.

Ladies look elegant, haughty and snob in the first photo. Clothes, which are black, light, or even more structured(as the short coat of the left)give an idea of auterity.

In the other two photos, instead, women feel very confident with their body. They make soft and sweet sensual movements, bare their chest and feel free to express themselves.

When we first saw these photos, a famous Italian film came to our mind: "Medea"by Pasolini who was inspired by one of the most famous grecian tragedy,"Medea"by Euripide.

The body language, the feelings, the behaviour and the oriental places where the shooting, as the film, takes place convey to a conflict between different feelings and drives.

In Euripide women are excluded by social and political life. For this reason they can express better the immediacy of feelings. In our opinion the shooting wanted to convey the same idea.

In fact women are moved by deep insticts, but in this case they can't rule them. Irrational forces struggle into their bodies making them to act without any restriction and sometimes against their own will.

Moreover we've really loved the atmosphera created by the oriental landscaping and the presence of the two women in this last photo.

They look like overtroping the scene thanks to their body language and their proud look. They're dressed very simply: a cotton white and light dress with black pois for the model on the left, and only a long white-strawberry-printed skirt for Freja Beha Erichsen.
Behind them a desolated desert spread up. The two women don't interact between them but they're loney with just their own feelings.

MALE & FEMALE MODELS... AND THEIR TATTOOS

We think that tattoos are a real form of art.. something like a new art, beautifull and espressive.
The human body is similar to a painting for an artist, a book for a writer... everybody shares his emotions in a different mood and way, moreover they can be whatever you want!
We love when male and female bodies are printed by these writings and intresting draws, it's such a great way to show the world yourself,your interests, your feelings,...tattoos identify you!A girl's arm with a very intresting writing...

Josh Beech has much tattoos in his arm which make him so personal and unic...he's such a cool model!

This model has some writings on her neck... very secial and female.

A male model has a very intresting tattoo... maybe he would like to show the world the names of his girlfriends?! or maybe his sisters?? Anyway it's cool.. and the place too.

Ash Stymest has much tattoos in his body...

Freja Beha is known also for her tattoos... she has collected 16 tattoos on her body and this one, the thunder, is one of the best. We love that she's girl but with a male sensuality.

Erin has many tattoos as well, but this one creats a floating and cool atmosphera...

and this male model?? has a scary mouth in his neck... really dark!

In these years the fashion buisness has been loving and enjoying the crazy, strong or even much more realxed and floting personalities of models and tattoos make also this mood...

Cavalli F/W 2010/11

Cavalli fashion show was really thrilling and ispiring this season. The mix of fabrics, colours and prints gave a dream-like atmosphera, as the models were walking in an ancient time.
Beautiful and misterious dark knights slowly trasform into persian warriors and finally into sweet princess wrapped in light mousseline dresses.

DETAILS.

A brown palette has been used for the eyes: smoky eyes are brighten up by a little touch of gold in the corners which gives a certain light to the face. The result is an intense look which gives a touch of mystery to the whole outfit. The result is cat eyes sparkling in the dark of the night. Lips are left very light and natural. A trasparent gloss makes them shining a bit.

Cavalli A/W 2010/11 high heels are pretty similar to the wang´freja shoes. They´re in snake coloured in brown,laced up and opened on the fingers. They´re very sporty and easy to wear.

A white and grey moussoline printed long dress has been matched to a purse. Easy to carry, thanks to its size and a gold chain, the little bag is in fur with golden intertwined threads details. The beautiful contrast between the lightness of the dress and the little haviness of the shoulder-bag makes this outfit very elegant and sophisticated, but at the same time wearable and informal.

A long sandy coat in suede with a white and short fur inside and golden details on the borders is hold tight thanks to a leather light brown belt. A grey and blue scarf with little pearl-like-balls comes down from the neck and graces the outfit taking the heath out of the pale colour of the coat.

Black,velvet and gold details trousers are beutifully matched with a short black fur jacket and a bohemienne-style shoulder bag.

The purse is very comfortable to carry,little and light with some fringes grouped together at the two sides. Gold details which are often used in this collection. They give a sort of ancient retage, making the outfit to look even more precious and bohemienne. It really rocks!

Blue military jacket with gold details on the wristbands, shoulders and on the front borders of the jacket. It´s always nice to see a lovely jacket as this one. It´s easy to match and to wear but at the same time is chic and unique. Moreover it gives a sort of importance to the person is wearing it.

The outfits of the new collection F/W 2010/11 by Roberto Cavalli.

Moussoline long and grey dress with golden details on the front. It´s elegant and has a grecian heritage. It´s beautifully matched with a little scarf which makes the outfit a little "sporty" and "aggressive".Lovely contrast between the sandy colour of the suede and fur coat and the black of the shirt covered by it. This outfit is very werable and comfortable to wear and make the woman who´s wearing it strong,powerfull and at ease with it.

The fur gilet matched with light printed trousers holded tight by a cream ash gives the idea of a very wearable and easy going outfit that u can wear everyday feeling very comfortable and fresh.

The two best outfits of the collection are Natasha Poly and Freja Beha Erichsen´s.

First of all we love the beautiful contrast of colours and prints of Natasha´s coat. A wool,red&white flowered coat is mixed with the spotted fur in the inside and of the trousers.

We were impressed by the beauty of this coat which looks like those overcoats that Persians used to wear. So that looking at it beautiful places come to our mind. A dream-historical-atmosphere is created making the models walk in another and ancient time.

Freja´s outfit,instead, is very different from the previous one. She´s wearing brocade trousers which are matched with a trasparent black shirt and an heavy coat. We love the contrast of fabrics..heavy and light. Moreover is very interesting the kind of look is recreated. The model looks like a gorgeous night knight without an idetity,coming from nowher, mantainig a mysterious look and behaviour.

Dolce & Gabbana F/W 2010/11

The new collection fall winter 2010/11 by Dolce & Gabbana The black jacket is really straight and something like a male wear is good and very wearable;

Very chic and funny tailleur, total black with a short jacket and pants too!

Some chic dresses of the collection: Really girly short babydoll, in black wool with lace fabric details and a little black jacket with long sleeves, in wool as well.

A pair of black socks and gold decolettes with high heels; there is an ipod worn as  necklance.

Very girly and italian red dress, all draped in the waist with a sparkling brooch; the bust of the dress seems like a bra and is sleeveless.

The shoes are total black with high heels and looks like the 20's one. This is absoloutly  Dolce & Gabbana, so female, sexy and romantic; we love this dress because is very elegant and so wearable for a chic night.

This dress is very female and comfortable. It  has long sleeves and the skirt is a longuette in satin beige with a sash in the waist.

The details that make the outfit are an handbag in light brown fur and a pair of shorts boots, the model wears as well a necklance.

The culottes are come back: A pair of chic and high waist culottes in lace fabric (black) and a beige tissue; it seems like an underwear but for sure they're so chic and wearable for going out. They make the outfit really fun and chic at the same time.

The outfit is composed by a shirt and a pair of neutral culottes; the shirt is sleeveless and it seems like a bra or an underwear, made with some gold piece that give this gotic mood. The culottes are total black and really chic; moreover there is a pair of black socks and decolettes total black with high heels. The outfit is really powerfull and so female, it shares a woman charme.

This suit is really elegant and female; black and grey, have longs sleeves, a pair of shorts and a little sash in the waist.

What makes the outfit is the lace fabric in the bust, absolutly chic and good.

We think that this is the best outfit of the collection, really wearable and comfortable, for all days and nights, and this is very chic and romantic woman for sure.

This outfit is composed by a long shirt and a pair of black short; a wood black jacket with long sleeves.

The shirt is make by a gold piece that seems like money and have a black straight belt in the waist; the black socks and decollettes too.

The outfit is composed by a black chic bra; a pair of culottes with high waist, total black in wool.

The jacket is total black with long sleeves and some gold circle as the other pieces of the collection; the jacket seems like the Chanel's one, really elegant.

The details are a big black bag with gold pieces, a pair of black socks and black decolettes with high heels.

The model wears as well an ipod like a long necklance and a pair of headphones; really cool and sophisticated outfit for the young and powerfull women.
